To enlarge the site’s display, simultaneously press the “Ctrl” and “+” keys. To reduce the display, press the “Ctrl” and “-” keys. It is also possible to change the size of the site’s fonts by clicking on the increase/decrease font buttons found in the accessibility menu.

The company has four factories located in the industrial zone in Karmiel, at Hasham St., No. 6. It also has a warehouse and offices in the industrial zone in Yehud, at Altalf St., No. 25.

There are handicapped parking spaces in all factory and office complexes. The southern parking lot is for tall vehicles.
Ways of access and means of accessibility:
Building No. 1 in Karmiel: This is the main building accessible on the ground floor and designated for public reception. There is access for people with disabilities at the main entrance to the factory, near building No. 1. At the entrance to the lobby of the building, a rail was installed to transport a wheelchair. The reception desk for service provision and the company offices are on the ground floor. The ground floor has toilets accessible to people with disabilities and no elevator to the 2nd floor.
Building No. 2 in Karmiel: Two ways to this building are accessible to people with disabilities: one way from the main transit road to floor No. 2 (production area) and
another way from the lower road to floor No. 0. This building has services for people with disabilities and no elevator.
Building No. 3 in Karmiel: Two ways to this building are accessible to people with disabilities: one way from the main transit road to floor No. 2 (production area) and another way from a lower road in the northern and western part of the factory to floor No. 0. This building has an elevator and handicapped services.
Building No. 4 in Karmiel: Two ways to this building are accessible to people with disabilities: one way from a designated road that goes up towards the floor and enters the factory (you can join with a car) on floor No. 2 and full access from the lower road to floor No. 0. This building has two elevator complexes and services for people with disabilities. This building has accessible dressing rooms and additional aids for those with disabilities.
Offices and warehouse in Yehud: The ground floor is accessible for the disabled, but there is no access to the second floor. There are disabled services in the complex.
The accessibility of the call center and alternative methods of calling the phone: You can apply for service or advice from the company by phone call, fax, sending a text message, email, leaving a contact on the website, direct chat with a representative through the messenger or via WhatsApp. Also, during a telephone conversation, you can confirm your request for a repeat answer on behalf of the company. The company’s representatives are instructed in the call center to direct the company’s field personnel to provide service or physical advice to those with disabilities if necessary, whether it is assistance in filling out forms or providing a clear answer with maximum patience.
The company works to integrate people with disabilities into society and initiates meetings, visits, and volunteer work at complexes in the north of the country.
Recently, the company took action to improve accessibility in its centers and hired an accessibility consultant.
